RETURNS & REFUND



RETURNS

1. To benefit from the return and exchange services, the original invoice must be presented.
2. The piece should be in the original condition when purchased.
3. Returns and exchange are allowed within 2 days from the date of delivery.
4. Promoted or discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned nor exchanged.
5. Custom-produced pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Any piece that has been sent for alteration is considered a final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
7. Purchases paid with vouchers or credit cards cannot be returned in the form of cash.
(The following conditions are added to the website purchases)
8. Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment is in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
9. The refund and exchange period is considered from the date of receipt. The purchase invoice that is emailed should be presented.
10. In the event of exchange or refund, the customer shall bear the freight and customs costs.

REFUND

The return will be managed within 14 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. Timing may vary due to transport delays in the case of holidays or force majeure, nevertheless, we want to reassure you that we will always continue to strive to limit these changes as much as possible. We will proceed with the refund of the item only after having carried out the appropriate quality checks or to verify, in the event that the product had been returned for defects, the actual non-conformity declared by the end customer. All payments made for the returned items will be refunded, inclusive of delivery costs only if the buyer decides to use the courier proposed by the Seller, but you will be charged for any loss of value of the product, and receive a refund for the residual amount. The refund takes about 14 days from the verification of the item made. Refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used for the purchase (Debit/credit cards, PayPal)
